Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Rasava (rasava.ai). By accessing or using our services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding contract to use Rasava. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Accounts
Some features require an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Acceptable Use
You must not use Rasava for illegal activities, to send spam, or to violate the rights of others. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
Integrations and Third-Party Services
Rasava integrates with third-party services (e.g., Google, Meta). Your use of those services is subject to their terms. You are responsible for connecting and authorizing those integrations.
Subscriptions & Billing
If paid plans are introduced, payment terms, billing, and refund policies will be described at purchase. Unless and until paid plans are offered, all paid-related terms are not applicable.
Intellectual Property
Rasava and its content are owned by Rasava or licensors. You retain ownership of the content you submit. By using the service you grant Rasava a limited license to operate and improve the service.
Disclaimer & No Warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We disclaim implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rasava's liability is limited to direct damages up to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months (if any). We are not liable for indirect, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breaches of these Terms or for legal reasons. You may delete your account via the Data Deletion process or by contacting support@rasava.ai.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict of law rules.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms. We will provide notice of material changes and, where required by law, obtain consent. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
