Data Deletion & Account Closure

How to Request Deletion
- Sign in to your Rasava account and go to account settings (if available) and select "Delete Account".
- If you cannot sign in, email support@rasava.aifrom the account email address with the subject "Account Deletion".
- Include your account identifier and a brief statement confirming you want the account deleted.
What Gets Deleted
When we delete your account we remove personal data such as account details, message content and metadata, integration tokens, and associated records necessary to operate the inbox. Backups and aggregated analytics data may be retained in anonymized form.
What May Be Retained
We may retain limited information where necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or enforce agreements. Such retention will be minimized and access restricted.
Revoking Third-Party Access
To disconnect Google access: go to your Google account's security settings and remove Rasava (or revoke OAuth tokens). For WhatsApp Cloud API access: revoke tokens in the Meta developer dashboard or contact support for assistance.
Response Timeline
We aim to acknowledge deletion requests within 5 business days and complete deletion within 30 days, unless legal reasons require longer retention. We will confirm by email when deletion is complete.
